We’re all about helping you find the perfect plants, tools, and garden goodies. Our goal? Happy plants, happy people. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right—just reach out!

💰 Purchases & Payments

🏷️ Pricing: Prices are as fresh as our stock, but typos happen! If we spot an error when processing your enquiry, we’ll let you know before confirming delivery.

💳 Payment: Payment is made on delivery — cash or card accepted. We never store your card details.

📩 Order Confirmation: Once you place an enquiry (in-store, by email, or by phone), we’ll confirm availability and delivery details before sending anything out.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

📅 Delivery Times: Plants don’t like to rush! Delivery times depend on your location, staff availability, and how busy the nursery is.

🧑‍🌾 Staff Availability: Deliveries happen only if we have an extra staff member available—someone must always stay at the nursery during trading hours. If we’re very busy, delivery may take longer or be temporarily unavailable, but we will let you know!

💸 Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and distance.

📦 Receiving Your Plants: Please check your order on arrival. If anything’s damaged or wilted, let us know within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll sort it out.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

🌿 Plants: Since they’re living things, returns are tricky. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, we’ll replace or refund it—just contact us fast!

🪴 Non-plant items: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

💲 Sale items: Final sale—no returns (but we’ll still help if there’s an issue).

🌧️ Plant Care & Guarantees

🌱 We give our plants the best start, but once they’re with you, their health depends on your care. Check our care guides for tips!

☔ No long-term guarantees: Plants are sensitive to the environment, so we can’t guarantee survival after delivery—but we’re here to help with advice!

🔒 Privacy & Safety

🗃️ Your data’s safe with us (just your name and email from enquiries). Check out our Privacy Policy for details.

🧸 Kids: Little gardeners welcome—but please bring a grown-up along to assist you!

⚠️ Liability Limitation

💚 Oopsie policy: Love a plant a little too hard? If it breaks, it’s yours to take home (we’ll ring it up for you).

🐾 Pups welcome! Please keep furry friends close and supervised—not all plants like sniff inspections.

👟 No zoomies in the nursery! Paths and stones can be slippery—let’s keep it chill (and avoid face-to-soil meetings).

🥀 We’re not liable for plant parenthood fails due to improper care, pests, or acts of nature (we’re good, but we can’t control everything!).

🧤 Always wear gloves when handling plants if you have sensitivities.
